i/denti/tee LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with our website. By accessing identitee.com, you acknowledge and fully understand i/denti/tee LLC's Privacy Policy and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

i/denti/tee LLC collects certain information from and about its users in the following seven ways:

2a) Required Information: To open an i/denti/tee account, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. In order to make payments through identitee.com, you must provide credit or debit card information. This required information is necessary for us to process transactions, issue a new password if you forget or lose your password, protect you against credit card fraud, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account.

2b) Transaction Information: When you purchase a tee from the identitee website, we collect information related to each transaction, including the amount of the transaction, the type of transaction and your e-mail address. We retain this information for each of your transactions through identitee.com. We also collect the Internet address (IP address) of the computer or device you use to access your identitee account, in order to help detect possible instances of unauthorized transactions.

2c) Information About You From Third Parties: In order to protect all our customers against potential fraud, if you use a credit card or debit card on identitee.com, we will use card authorization and fraud screening services to verify that your card information and address matches the information that you supplied to Concert Tee, and that the card has not been reported as lost or stolen.

2d) Additional Verification: If we cannot verify the information that you provide, or if you request a shipment to an address other than your verified credit card billing address, we may ask you to for additional information by fax, phone, or to answer additional questions online to help verify your information.

2e) Web Site Traffic Information: Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave identitee.com, we automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our Web site you visit while you are on identitee.com, the type of browser you use and the times you access our Web site. We use this information only to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service and your experience on identitee.com. We do not track the Web sites that you visit before or after you leave identitee.com.

2f) Customer Service Correspondence: If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from identitee.com to you. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web Server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

i/denti/tee LLC reserves the right to share aggregated site statistics with partner companies, but does not allow other companies to place cookies on our website unless there is a temporary, overriding customer value.
